His shadow army rises from behind him while he holds the Elixir of Life.
The design in the background symbolizes the magic runes present in the Cartenon Temple, where Jinwoo's journey begins. The stars represent the torches that needed to be lit for everyone to escape to safety (although ultimately they fail to all be kindled)
